Installation

Star has professional guaranteed full service installation. We are the installation experts, performing over 8000 installations per year. We use a combination of employee and tradesman installers but all of our installers are professional managed by Star. This allows us to utilize the best installers available to perform your installation. Star takes responsibility for the successful installation from start to finish. All of our installers are pre-screened with background checks performed, trained on Star installation standards and must carry required insurance. Once they are on board they are supervised by one of our installation field supervisors. We also perform detailed quarterly evaluations on their work, which includes multiple on-site inspections.

Star offers free estimates performed by experienced professionals with an average of over 9 years experience and we back up that estimate with our estimate guarantee. If we overestimate we will buy back any extra material. (carpet must be at least 12’ by any length and tile, wood & laminate must be full cartons.)

Customer Service Department

Your labor warranty is with STAR not an employee or an independent installer. Star has been serving Kansas since 1939. Star has a complete customer service and warranty department there for you after the sale. They are available daily from 9am to 5pm at 946-1630. Star is committed to your satisfaction. Star has an experienced team of salespeople ready to help you choose the flooring best for your needs in a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Our sales team has an average experience of over 8 years and attend over 200 hours of product training per year.
